operational difficulties

• The government in march 2003 , council members attended a meeting of the legco ajls panel . the panel was briefed on the progress in respect of council s proposals to amend the legal aid services council ordinance ( lasco ) to enhance the powers of the council and to address the operational difficulties it encountered
  于二零零三年三月，法援局成员出席了立法会司法及法律事务委员会（委员会）的会议，并向委员会简介法援局就加强本局的权力及处理本局运作时遇到的困难而建议修改《法律援助服务条例》的工作进度。
